Staff development dialogue

MUS is more than just an annual conversation between a manager and an employee!

MUS is a strategic dialogue that connects the employee’s wishes for competence development, well-being, and collaboration with the department’s strategic initiatives, direction, and future competency needs.

This workshop focuses on strengthening the quality, direction, and practical application of Staff Development Dialogue at AU.
