SDD workshop
The workshop is aimed at managers who are new to either conducting staff development dialogues or unfamiliar with SDD in mitHR.
The workshop provides a general introduction to staff development dialogues as a strategic management tool, as well as an introduction to SDD in mitHR. Additionally, there will be time for sparring and dialogue with other SDD managers about preparing for, conducting, and following up on a successful staff development dialogue.
The workshop ends ud with an introduction to using MitHR in connection with SDD. There will be an opportunity to ask questions and explore the system, so you leave the workshop as well-prepared as possible.
