Power Automate is in use at Aarhus University. In order to ensure continued stable operation of Workzone, we need to know which robots are made and for what purpose.
When you create a robot, please fill out the questionnaire at the bottom of the page.
If you want to use Power Automate on Workzone, you need to follow these instructions:
- You are only allowed to run Power Automate using your own AU login.
- It is your responsibility to ensure that Power Automate robot works according to the data classification (Power Automate is categorized as “Other online Microsoft services”)
- Test your Power Automate robot in the Workzone test environment before launching. Request access to the test environment through the support portal: https://support.au.dk/CherwellPortal/IT/One-Step/RequestsWorkzone
- Cases and documents in Workzone created by Power Automate must be marked with the text “Power Automate” in the field “Kildesystem” [+voluntary text, eg. your own version name and number].
- You are responsible for what the robot does in Workzone. You must continuously control that the robot performs the task as expected – including carrying out any troubleshoot and correcting mistakes.
- It is your responsibility to make necessary adjustments to your robot if it is affected by changes in the Workzone user interface. Stay informed of major changes via serviceinfo.
- Please note that Workzone is available in relation to the SLA. Therefore, plan your robots work accordingly.
- Follow the guidelines for secure use of Workzone.
