Schedule for elections to the occupational health and safety organisation at AU

Election for the Health and Safety Organisation at Aarhus University is held over a period of approx. 6 months - from October 2026 to March 2027. During this period a lot of things takes place in the Health and Safety Organisation and among the various decision-makers. Here is a sum of the most important dates.

The most important dates:

30 September 2026: Deadline for decision of occupational health and safety structure at department/center/deputy director department
29 October 2026: Deadline for decision on AU's occupational health and safety structure
16 November 2026 - 27 November 2026: Nomination of occupational health and safety representative candidates to occupational health and safety groups and appoinment of occupational health and safety managers to the occupational health and safety groups
30 November 2026 - 11 December 2026: Election of occupational health and safety representative, where there are the need of an election between candidates
1 March 2027: The new occupational health and safety organisation assumes the role
