• At start-up of a new association the following form must be completed and signed
• This form must be completed and signed in the event of change of chairman of the Friday bar
• When conducting a Friday bar at NT the following form must be completes and signed

• Friday bars must keep a log. The log must be located at the Friday bar and must be shown at the request of the authorities, departments or Building Services NT. Download the template to the log on the link below:
