If you are an AU employee or student, you have to sign up to SIF using 2-factor-authorisation, before you can access a project. We will walk you through how you set up the authorisation on this page.
Before you can use SIF, you must complete an obligatory user course. Contact your local coordinator for further information:

Due to the high security level SIF always demands obligatory 2-factor-authorisation.
A 2-factor-authorisation adds an extra control step to log in; apart from asking for something you know (username and password) it demands something you have (numerical token from an app).
The first time you log on to SIF you will have to set up the 2-factor-authorisation. In this how-to guide we will walk you through the process.
When you've set up the 2-factor-authorisation you can log on to SIF. Here, we will walk you through how to log on.
Go to https://sif.au.dk/ and click Sign up Sign up to SIF using your AU account? If you're already logged in to your AU account through single sign-on the next step will happen automatically. If not, enter your AU username and password in the pop up window and click Yes (Allow).
You're now signed up to SIF.
When you log in to a SIF project you start in Files. As a new user, your first task is to create a project. We walk you through how to create, share, and access a project in the Guides.
In the User guide we've collected all the information we think you'll need, but you're welcome to contact us if you cannot find what you're looking for.
