Access to shared drive

In AU's serviceportal you can request access for a shared drive

Insert the name of the shared drive and click the search field. The manager name of the shared drive will automatically appear.

An email will automatically be generated to the manager of the shared drive. If the access is approved, it will be granted automatically and you will be notified. You need to restart your computer in order to access the shared drive.
