Panopto - AU videoplatform

The video platform Panopto will replace LifeSize

LifeSize is being phased out and will be replaced by the video platform Panopto during the first half of 2021.

Temporary units for recording and livestreaming with Panopto.

Semi-mobile units have been placed in some lecture theatres temporarily. These units can be used to record to Panopto.  If you wish to record from one of these units, you must contact your local IT support team. The IT support team can help you get started.

Specifically for physical lecture theatre and mathematical lecture theatre E

In physical lecture theatre and mathematical Aud. E, the LifeSize equipment has been replaced by semi-mobile devices that are only set up for Zoom. This means that they do not work with Panopto. They will be replaced by permanent solutions in the course of 2021, where they can then be used for Panopto recordings.
