Regarding receptions use this ordering form

REMEMBER; you have to fill out every area with a red star.
Because of revision-wise reasons there are following requirements for filling out an order;

Occasion 

Describe the occasion as precisely as possible. It's not enough to write "meeting", "course" etc.

List of participants 

Participants must be indicated by name. You must not use abbreviations for names for example "msh".
You are allowed to indicate a named committee, board or a group for example an activity committee where we are able to look up the members.
Inform affiliation for the participants both internal and external (denounce organisation).
You are allowed to attach a seperate list of participants.
If the participants are a bigger group where can be uncertainty of who is participating in the arrangement for example a ph.d advocacy, receptions etc., can you attach the invitation for the arrangement.

ATTENTION: 

There are currently complications with ordering for externals who don't have an associated mailprogram for the PC they are ordering from. 
Furthermore externals can download the ordering form, fill it out and send it to foulumkantine@au.dk

• When ordering for max 10 people send in the order at the latest 12 PM the day before the desired delivery.

• When ordering for 10-25 people send in the order at the latest 2 weekdays before the desired delivery. Changes for these orders needs to happen at 12 PM the day before the desired delivery. 

• When ordering for 25+ people send in the order at the lastest 5 weekdays before the desired delivery. Changes for these orders has to happen at the latest 12 PM the day before the desired delivery.
