Lost items 

At Aarhus University, lost items are stored for four to six months after it has been handed in. After that, the lost items are handed over to the lost property office (Hittegodskontoret). Below you will find information about where you can submit and/or pick up lost items at the Faculty of Arts.

Please note! The university cannot be held responsible for any lost valuables. We only store the items we receive or find, but since the rooms are only cleaned in the morning, things can disappear before the cleaning team finds them.

Kasernen

Study spaces for students writing their thesis at Tåsingegade

  • Maintenance Office, building 1467, room 123 between 11am-12pm on weekdays.

Emdrup

  • At the library.

Moesgaard

  • Clothing left behind must be handed in and collected at the student lounge.
  • Computer chargers and other valuables are delivered and collected from the building administration office.

Katrinebjerg

  • Lost items are handed in and collected from the local maintenance team in building 5346, room 040.
