How to set up an email signature in Outlook

An email signature should contain the following elements in this order:

  • Name
  • Title
  • Academic degrees where relevant
  • Direct telephone number
  • Mobile phone number
  • Email address
  • Personal homepage
  • (space / new column)
  • Unit
  • Aarhus University
  • Address (street address, PO box where relevant)
  • Address (area code + city)
  • Unit telephone number
  • Unit email address
  • Unit homepage
  • (space)
  • Unit logo (graphics)

We recommend that you set up your email signature as shown below.
