How to install Intune on your personal Android unit

If you use a personal mobile device, or if you already have received a mobile device from AU, you will be asked to install Intune Company Portal next time you attempt to log on to one of the Microsoft 365 apps. You’ll find instructions on how to complete the installation below.

It only takes approx. 5 minutes to complete the installation.

If you want to go ahead and install Microsoft Intune Company Portal, you can ignore these three screenshots and go directly to the installation in the fourth picture.

  • Press "ENROLL NOW”

  • Press ”Go to Google Play”

  • Press ”Google Play Services” and press "Always"

  • Press "Install"

  • Press ”Open”

  • Press "SIGN IN”

  • Type your password and press “Sign in”

  • Approve sign-in request on your multifactor device

  • Press ”BEGIN”

  • Press ”CONTINUE”

  • Press "Confirm"

  • At the bottom of your screen there are now created 2 areas: "Personal" and "Work"

Find the right folder:

  • When you need an app for work, you have to use the app with a work badge

Get more apps for work:

  • Find available work apps in the work version of Googel Play Store-
