How to install Intune on your personal iOS unit

On this page, you will find instructions for installing Intune Company Portal on your current mobile device from AU and/or personal mobile device. It only takes approx. 5 minutes to complete the installation.

The first time you log on to a Microsoft 365 app with your AU ID on a mobile device, you will see the screenshot in step 1. You can start the installation from this point.

Please note: It is important to keep your Apple-unit updated. When new versions of the operating system iOS is released, you have 7 days to update iOS. Otherwise the access to AU-data will be closed. You will automatically receive information about iOS updates on your unit.

 

If you want to go ahead and install Microsoft Intune Company Portal, you can ignore these two screenshots and go directly to the installation in the third picture.

  • Tap ”Enroll now”

  • Tap ”GET THE APP”

  • Tap ”Download” or on the ”Cloud” (If the app has been downloaded before)

  • When the app is downloaded tap ”OPEN”

  • Tap “Sign in”

  • Enter password and tap"Sign in"

  • Authenticate with your multifactor app.

  • Tap "Begin"

  • Tap "Continue"

  • Tap "Continue"

  • Tap ”Allow”

  • Tap "Close"

  • Open the app ”Settings” and tap “Profile Downloaded”

  • Tap "Install" at the top right corner

  • Enter your mobile unit passcode

  • Tap "Install"

  • Tap "Install" at the top right corner

  • Tap "Trust"

  • Tap "Done"

  •   Open the app ”Itune Company portal” again

  • Tap ”Continue now”

  • Tap "Continue"

  • Tap ”Done”

  • Tap "OK"

  • Tap "Allow"

27.

  • You are now enrolled and can access your data in Microsoft 365 apps on your mobile device. If the device is compliant with AU security policies.
